BLLA Hotel Membership Options

Membership options to help your boutique hotel or collection thrive.

We invite you to explore various hotel membership options that best suit your needs. They are grouped into two major categories:


Individual Properties

These membership offerings are per-property. This means that the benefits listed are for one hotel property only. If you work for the hotel corporate office (i.e COO, Vice President, Owner, etc) please sign up as a “Hotel Corporate Member.”

Hotels Coming Soon

This membership offering is for a hotel that are is development (can be at any stage), just must have a statement from the owner saying that they plan on building an independent boutique hotel.

Collections, Groups, Corporate Offices

These membership offerings are for hotel collections, groups or corporate offices. This means that the benefits are for the collection/group/office as a whole and the benefits do not apply to the individual properties. Please also note if you or your firm is a developer or investor (even if you are also a management firm), you will need to sign up through the vendor membership program.


You may notice a membership level that says “free” and it is BLLA’s way of giving back during a very stressful time in our industry. This membership level is aimed at ensuring all boutique hotels, even those in distress, are able to take advantage of the benefits of BLLA membership and be a part of the global Boutique Community.

Options for Individual Properties

We invite you to explore various membership offerings that are tailored for an individual hotel that is open, which means that it is per property and one one property will be represented. If your hotel is not yet open (in development or such), please see the option below called “Hotels Opening Soon.”
If you are represent a hotel group, collection or head office, please explore our “Hotel Corporate Membership” offerings and let your properties know to sign up for the individual hotel membership.

Disclaimer 2: If you are a management firm, but also invest in real estate, please sign up under the vendor membership category.
Disclaimer 3: By signing up as a “Corporate Hotel Member,” your individual properties will not be a part of the BLLA program. They must sign up at one of the above options for the “Individual Hotel Membership” offerings.
